Talent Management

Manage your talent roster with photos, galleries, books, and composites.

ITCFlow provides comprehensive tools for managing your talent roster. This guide covers photo galleries, photo books, and PDF composites.

Each talent has a dedicated photo gallery accessible from their profile page via the Photos tab.

Uploading Photos

  1. Open the talent’s profile and click the Photos tab
  2. Drag one or more image files onto the upload zone, or click inside the zone to open the file picker
  3. Optionally set a Taken at date
  4. Click Upload

Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP. Maximum file size: 10 MB per file.

The Talents list includes an “Advanced Filters” modal that lets you build complex queries using identity, classification, physical attributes, measurements, clothing sizes, languages & skills, and boolean flags. Filters are persisted in the page URL so you can bookmark or share a filtered view.

Photo Books

Photo Books let you group a talent’s photos into named curated sets. When a Photo Book is set as the talent’s active book, those photos are automatically pre-selected whenever the talent is added to a new brief event.

Creating a Photo Book

  1. Open the talent’s profile, go to the Photos tab, and expand the Photo Books accordion
  2. Click Create Book
  3. Enter a Book name and select photos to include
  4. Click Create Book

Setting the Active Book

Click Set active on the book you want to use. When the talent is added to a new brief event, the book’s photos are automatically pre-selected.

PDF Composites

Generate professional PDF composites with 1, 2, or 4 photos per page. Perfect for sending talent packages to clients.
