Understand the full booking workflow — from selection to job.
ITCFlow’s booking workflow is organized into event stages. Each stage represents a step in the booking process and can be sent to clients independently.
| Stage | Description |
|---|---|
| Selection | Initial pool of talent candidates presented to the client |
| Casting | Follow-up stage for live casting sessions |
| Option | Tentative booking — client has expressed interest |
| Job | Confirmed booking — talent is locked in |
Each event stage has a status that reflects where it is in the workflow:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Created but not yet sent to anyone |
| Sent | Public link has been emailed to the client |
| Viewed | Client has opened the link but not responded |
| Responded | Client has submitted their selection |
| Expired | Link is no longer valid (auto-expires after 7 days) |
| Archived | Event is closed and read-only |
Each event generates a public page that clients can access via a unique link. The page displays talent cards with photos, measurements, and response buttons.
